Hi all,
Since this is a blog, it's for example a place where one keeps track of his daily life. I must say much has changed over the past month. One of the big events was my marriage, which was kind of a perfect day. Well, I now my 'wife' (still used of saying girlfriend) for more than 10 years and we already live 5 of them together. So, finally we got married and left the day after to Turkey to get a nice and well deserved break.
Yesterday evening we heard that our daughter, Elia, can go to the kindergarten school from September this year. She successfully made it through the pre-class.
Since the start of this blog, we mention that it's about having fun in life both on the job and out of it. And lately I'm so busy having fun playing the MMORPG World of Warcraft with already more than 2.000.000 players worldwide. The game was released on 11 February I believe and from that day, I've been playing with my main character which is today a level 48 Night Elf hunter. A month ago I joined a guild which I didn't regret so far, and all other players of Mentis Corporis Animus Guild have become like virtual friends.
So, yes I know, not a lot of technical articles, but perhaps that could change since I changed my job as well and I'm back into a company working in .NET technologies. In fact my former colleague, Wesley (aka Juakali) also changed to the same job. So now we both are working on the same project which is an Online Order Entry application. We decided to use the Enterprise Library during this project and our opinion is divided. We have on the one hand the feeling that it is good to have a solid framework in an application for our database, logging and exception handling aspects. But on the other hand we already needed to debug the framework to find out why things weren't working, so, perhaps it is not that stable yet.
Anyway, much has changed, but I like it and life evolves by our every day well though decisions. (Ok now I stop brambling because this getting to mushy)
